Foundries and collectors do not pay. Several locations, an estate, an institution: talk to us.

Set up for you

The hard part of any system is the fifteen years of spreadsheets behind it. Send them to us and we will put them on the record.

Foundries, collectors, and the artists a gallery represents do not pay

The gallery pays; everyone it works with is on Craftlog at no charge. An artist sees their editions across every gallery, follows production and signs the certificate. A foundry gets a link and posts from a phone. A collector gets the record of what they own. An artist with no gallery on Craftlog pays the Artist plan from their fourth edition, and stops paying the day a gallery here takes them on.

What artists get

Questions

Yes. Gallery starts with a fourteen-day free trial of everything, so you can put every artist on before you decide. An artist working on their own registers three editions at no charge, with no card, and the Artist plan starts at the fourth.

When you assign an edition, your collector receives a private link by email. One click opens their complete artwork record. The link works for thirty days at a time, and they can set a password to keep it for good.

No. You send them a project link. They open it and post updates from their phone. No account, no app download, no training.

Yes. Upload the spreadsheet or price list you already have. Craftlog reads it and shows you what it found before anything is saved. If you would rather not do it yourself, we will: see Set up for you, above.

Your data is always yours. Export everything as a ZIP file at any time, on any plan or none. Nothing is locked in.

Yes. Pay for the year and you save 17%: Gallery is $2,490 a year instead of $2,988, and Artist is $190 instead of $228. Monthly is always available and you can cancel or change it at any time.

You keep every record you made, every artist stays where they are, and you can still sell, export and certify all of it. A gallery cannot add another artist until it returns; an artist cannot make the numbers for a new edition beyond the first three. Nothing that exists is ever locked.

Foundries and collectors never pay, and neither does an artist a gallery on Craftlog represents: the gallery pays for everyone it works with. An artist with no gallery here pays the Artist plan, $19 a month, from their fourth edition.

Other galleries cannot see your collectors, and collectors cannot see each other. The artist and the foundry who made a piece can see who bought it, so they can reach them if they need to. Nobody outside that circle sees anything.
